Our Story
Changing the way Animal Health is perceived, one step at a time
We trace our roots to 2002 in Rudrapur, a city in the district of Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand when two passionate individuals joined hands for an initiative to revolutionize the animal supplements, pharmaceuticals and healthcare sector. Ranvet Pharmaceuticals was conceived as an alternative to the overpriced and ineffective animal healthcare supplements available in the early 2000s. The motive was to give Veterinarians, Livestock farmers and Pet owners a cost-effective and efficient approach to keeping their animals healthy. Through the power of science and innovation, we were able to help over 100k animals worldwide.
Bridging the Gap with Efficient Solutions
Problem
Low access to animal pharmaceuticals, lack of knowledge and awareness about animal health, and rise in the burden of various infectious diseases in animals was an evident problem due to which Veterinarians, Livestock farmers and Pet owners were resorting to home remedies and untested products that were doing more harm than good.
Solution
Even though supplements and pharmaceuticals are available over the counter, their legitimacy and authenticity are oftentimes scrutinised by people. We wanted to erase the stigma and misconceptions centred around animal supplements and pharmaceuticals and offer high-quality, cost-effective and dependable products to people around the globe.

Ranvet Pharmaceuticals was established in 2002 in Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand as an independent family owned unit by Mr.Ravindra Kumar and Mrs. Suman Bathla whose experience in the field of veterinary medicines and field supplements is more than 35 years. RP was started with a purpose of providing best quality veterinary pharmaceuticals and feed supplements available at affordable cost to Veterinarians, Live stock farmers & Pet owners. They have also been doing a selfless service by taking care of numerous abondend live stocks in a shelter home established by them in Rudrapur.
Mr. Hardik Bathla
Second Director
Mr. Hardik Bathla is the younger generation of Ranvet Pharmaceuticals bringing along with him academic excellence in Master of Business Administration from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad. Hardik understands that each business and each person is unique and what works in one particular situation may not necessarily work in another. Hardik has previously worked along Bacardi India Pvt Ltd and Yusen Logistics. Hardik knows that successful businesses requires effective strategy and relationships.

My 8-year-old German Shephard had a really bad appetite and refused to eat anything. I even tried giving him boiled chicken, his favourite food but he did not budge.
